Returns

If for any reason you need to return your purchase you can do this by emailing us and stating your reasons within 7 days of initial receipt.

We will issue you a returns number by email which will need to be shown on the outside of the parcel you are returning.

You will then have a further 7 days to ensure the goods are returned to us.

We advise sending by recorded mail as we cannot accept liability for any items lost in the post. The cost of returning products will be the responsibility of the purchaser, except if the product is faulty.

Your refund will be processed when the items have been received and checked. In order to qualify for a refund, your products will need to be received by us in their original condition, unused, with all original packaging intact.

Please note we do not accept returns on personalised or engraved items.
